The former airfield at Hamble is under threat as Cemex press forward with plans to extract 250,000 tonnes of sand and gravel from the area over seven years

Eastleigh Council are planning to develop 2500 homes on this 300 acre site.

Botley

The Woodhouse Lane development will see an additional 980 houses. To support the development, a 1000 pupil secondary school has already been built, and a new bypass is currently being constructed.

Marchwood

150 new homes to be built close to ABP dockland

Warsash

Already suffering from a number of new housing developments, plans to add another 700 are in the council's plans to meet government guidelines on new housing.

Solent Gateway 2

With increasing population, and an upsurge in consumerism, ABP are wanting to expand the dock area along the west side of Southampton Water.
